Alquist-Priolo Fault Zones (CA Only)
Each Alquist-Priolo Fault Zone report uses 1 lookup (the same as a flood determination). These are the official zones as defined by the state of CA, and are required to be checked by appraisers in the state of CA. This lookup can be run in addition to flood reports in CA.
Sinkhole Reports (FL Only)
Each Sinkhole report uses 1 lookup (the same as a flood determination). This report is based on a variety of public sources and is continually updated. This lookup can be run in addition to flood reports in FL.
Aerial Images
Each downloaded aerial image costs 1/3 of 1 flood lookup. Aerial images can be turned on or off on the account maintenance screen.
